Diane Walker

Gloria Diane Walker, 79, of Olive Branch, MS died Sunday, September 25, 2022, at Baptist Memorial Hospital – Collierville. Mrs. Walker was employed as a Certified Dental Assistant. Her most recent and longest tenure of 19 years was with Dr. Larry Higginbotham. She enjoyed interior decorating, cooking for her family, reading for hours on end, and spending time at the beach with her children and grandchildren. Her sole purpose in life was to love, honor, and nurture her family. She served as their guiding light. Mrs. Walker was a devout Christian and lived in service of our Lord. Visitation is scheduled for 12:00-1:00 pm, Saturday, October 1, 2022, at Cutshall Funeral Home in Iuka, MS. Funeral Services will be at 1:00 pm, Saturday, October 1, 2022, at Cutshall Funeral Home Chapel, officiated by Rev. Rod Stansky. Mrs. Walker is survived by her son, David Laurence Walker (Diane); two daughters, Leigh Ellen Baker (Mark) and Amy Carole Williams (Dan); her sister, Jennifer Smith Bonds (Charles); two granddaughters, Taylor Elaine Baker and Savannah Grace Williams. She was preceded in death by her husband, Hoile D. Walker; her parents, James E. Smith, and Leona Roberson Smith; and a brother, Mike Smith.
