Walter Ridley Wynn, Jr.

Walter Ridley Wynn, Jr., 83, of Iuka, MS passed away on Wednesday, December 22, 2021, at his residence. He enjoyed raising goats, fishing, and square dancing. Walter was a member of Springhill United Methodist Church. He was also a member of Iuka Lodge #94 F&AM. He is survived by his wife of 43 years, Judy Morgan Wynn; his daughter, Tina Monroe (James); his son, Jeff Schroeder (Becky); his grandchildren, Dustin Shook, Devin Shook, Ali Monroe, and Lilly Monroe; his great-grandchildren, Raylee Shook and Ella Shook; and a host of nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, Walter Ridley Wynn, Sr. and Lota Russell Wynn; his sisters, Ruth Wynn, Wanda Walker, and Helen Wynn; and an infant brother. Cutshall Funeral Home of Iuka, MS is entrusted with the arrangements. Visitation is scheduled for Monday, December 27, 2021, from 5pm until 8pm at Springhill United Methodist Church. Services are scheduled for Tuesday, December 28, 2021, at 1pm at Springhill United Methodist Church, officiated by Rev. J.B. Burns. Burial will follow in Springhill Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Frank Walker, Christ Dingler, Robbie Pruitt, Phillip Moore, Jeff Daniel, and Tommy Frederick. Honorary pallbearers will be Ed Wynn, Sherman Pruitt, Tucker Russell, Jim Russell, Bill Moore, and Dr. Ben Kitchens. Donations may be made in Mr. Wynn's honor to the Alzheimer's Association or to the Springhill Cemetery Fund. An online guestbook may be accessed at www.cutshallfuneralhome.com.
