Tony Lee Sherrill

Tony Lee Sherrill,71, of Iuka, MS, died Friday, December 28, 2018, at his residence. He served in the U.S. Navy aboard the USS Raleigh and was a member of the Iuka Masonic Lodge #94 F&AM, where he served as Past Master. He was a Christian, and loved country music, especially the songs of George Jones. He enjoyed watching WWE wrestling every Monday and Tuesday, but his favorite thing of all was making people laugh. He is survived by his daughter, Tanya Sherrill of Scranton, PA; his former spouse and lifelong friend, Judy Sherrill of Iuka; and his sisters, Peggy Sypniewsky (Al) of Bentonville, AR and Linda White of Booneville. He was preceded in death by his parents, Lee R. and Louise Sherrill. Cutshall Funeral Home of Iuka, MS is entrusted with arrangements. Funeral services are scheduled for 1 PM on Wednesday, January 2, 2018, at Cutshall Funeral Home Chapel in Iuka. Services will be officiated by Bro. Jack Whitley, Jr. and Al Sypniewski. Cremation will follow. Visitation is scheduled for 11 AM until 1 PM on Wednesday, January 2 at Cutshall Funeral Home in Iuka.
