Robert L. Green, 77, of Iuka, MS, passed away on Sunday, February 9, 2020, at his residence. Robert enjoyed watching NASCAR, his model trains, carrying on a conversation with anyone who would carry on a conversation with him, especially the elderly and children, and spending time with his friends and family. The family would like to say a special thank you to the nurses, the aides, and Bro. Jerry for their kindness and hospitality during Robert’s illness. He is survived by his wife, Allegra Burks Green; his step grandson, Rickey Humphries (Dana Cole); his step great grandchildren, Elaina Day Humphries and Bradley Monroe Humphries; his brother, Jim Green (Linda); his niece, Tammy Aldridge; his nephews, Sean Green and Paul Michael Green; and several great nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, James and Nelda Whitaker Green; and his step son, Rickey Monroe Humphries.
