Peggy J. Walker

Peggy J. Walker, 72, of Iuka, MS, died Thursday, December 28, 2017, at Sanctuary Hospice House in Tupelo. Peggy enjoyed quilting, doing cross stitch, and cooking. She was a member of Mt. Glory Baptist Church. Her greatest blessing was her family and cherished the time spent with them. Funeral services are scheduled for 2:00 p.m., Sunday, December 31, at Cutshall Funeral Home Chapel in Iuka, officiated by Bro. Neil Edmondson. Interment will follow in Moore’s Chapel Cemetery. Visitation is scheduled for 5:00 until 8:00 p.m., Saturday, December 30, at Cutshall Funeral Home in Iuka. Cutshall Funeral Home of Iuka, MS is entrusted with arrangements. She is survived by her son, Thomas Walker (Dana); her brother, Audie Moore; her grandchildren, Channing Walker (Molly) and Caleb Walker; her great grandchild, Emmett Harrison Walker; and a host of nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband, Nelson Walker; her parents, Odis and Ruby Taylor Moore; and her brother, Milfred Moore.
