Ollie Mae McCoy, 89, of Iuka, MS, died Sunday, March 11, 2018, at Tishomingo Manor Nursing Home. Mrs. McCoy was of the Methodist faith and was retired from Genesco Shoe Company after 43 years of employment. She loved flowers, as well as gardening and canning. She also enjoyed quilting and crocheting, cooking with her grandchildren, and attending gospel singings with her friends. Visitation is scheduled for 5:00 until 9:00 p.m., Tuesday, March 13, at Cutshall Funeral Home in Iuka. Funeral services are scheduled for 2:00 p.m., Wednesday, March 14, at Cutshall Funeral Home Chapel in Iuka, officiated by Bro. Phillip Logan. Interment will follow in Chapel Hill Cemetery. Pallbearers include Ethan Rast, Christopher Bobo, Jonathan Whirley, Jeremy Whirley, Nicky McRae, and Danny Holland. Cutshall Funeral Home of Iuka, MS is entrusted with arrangements. She is survived by five children, Ann Shea of Burnsville, and James Ray McCoy (Rita), Nell Wheeler, Jackie McCoy (Karen), and Millie Young (Gene), all of Iuka; one sister, Delma McRae of Burnsville; 11 grandchildren, Dwayne Shea (Vicky), Vanessa Whirley (Anthony), Ramonda Shea (Trey), Jennifer Harmon, Christy Bobo, Pamela Hardin (Ethan), Susan Wheeler, Sara Wheeler, Stephanie Wheeler, Denise Banks (Kris), and Erik Rast (Heather); and 19 great-grandchildren, Brett Shea, Veronica Brown (Jimmilee), Warren Shea, Matthew Whirley (Katie), Jeremy Whirley (Kailey), Jonathan Whirley (Anna), Bo Menshy (Brittany), Dakota Menshy, Justus Bobo, Charlee Kate Harmon, Christian Bobo, Christoper Bobo, Christina Bobo, James Daniel Haynes, Kylie Hardin, Deavon McCoy, Azlyn Davis, Ethan Rast, and Alydia Rast. She was preceded in death by her husband, James Paul McCoy; her parents, George Boone and Vassie Cason Thompson; two sons-in-law, Danny Shea and Don Wheeler; four grandchildren, Darrell Shea, Regina McCoy, Patricia McCoy, and Ramona McCoy; three sisters, Leola Holland, Lucille Gray, and Thelma Simpson; and one brother, George Thompson.
