July 14, 2008 — September 20, 2021

Michael Scott Walker, born on July 14, 2008, age 13, was killed in a tragic auto accident by a driver under the influence of drugs. He was a bright light in this world taken too soon. He was so full of life and loved playing basketball, hunting, and fishing with his dad. He loved going to Awana's and Vacation Bible School at Iuka Baptist Church where he loved to help out to do things for everyone. He made a profession of faith there at the age of 12. Michael's passing has left a void in his families lives. Remembering him are his parents, Matthew and Melissa Walker; his brothers, Tyler Walker (Hannah) and Jacob Walker (Mary Beth); his sisters, Pazlee Morris (Dustin), Macie, and Mattie Grace Walker; his paternal grandparents, Earl and Becky Walker; maternal family, Kathy Firth (Bryan) and Lesa Knupp; his nephews, Brennan, Charlie, Cooper, and Cole Walker; his nieces, Emerson, Freya, and Gryffin Morris, and Caroline Walker; Michael was welcomed into heaven by his loved ones; his uncle, Eli Scott Knupp; his grandfather, Robert Knupp; his great grandparents, Travis and LaNerne Cain, James L "Pete" and Nedra Walker, B.C. and Nellie Rue Robinson, Robbie and George Knupp, and Barbara and Donald Brooks. The family sincerely thanks everyone for the love and support through this tragic time. It has all been overwhelming. Cutshall Funeral Home of Iuka, MS is entrusted with the arrangements. Visitation is scheduled for Friday, November 19, 2021 from 5 pm until 8 pm at Iuka Middle School Gym.
