Machelle Garrett Booker

Machelle Garrett Booker, 53, of Iuka, MS passed away on Wednesday, September 13, 2023, at her residence. Machelle enjoyed being a homemaker and a caretaker, spending time with her children and grandchildren, and volunteering at the Food Depot. She also enjoyed cooking, finding new receipes, being outdoors, camping, fishing, and drag racing. Machelle was a member of North Crossroads Community Church where she enjoyed being involved with the Sunday School. She is survived by her husband, Richey Booker; her daughters, Brittany Green (Kevin) and Kara Booker; her step-son, Johnathan Booker; her grandchildren, Kayleigh Brown, Madison Gail Green, Ashlan Nichole Green, and Parker Remmer; her sisters, Sherie Gautney and Jamie Garrett; her brother, Dallas Garrett; and a host of nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, James and Barbara Garrett. Cutshall Funeral Home of Iuka, MS is entrusted with the arrangements. Visitation is scheduled for Sunday, September 17, 2023, from 2:00 P.M. until 4:00 P.M., at Cutshall Funeral Home in Glen. Burial will follow in Allen Line Cemetery.
