Lyndia Hudson Phifer

Lyndia Hudson Phifer, 74, of Iuka, MS, died Wednesday, July 25, 2018, at Magnolia Regional Health Center in Corinth. She was a member of Campground United Methodist Church, and enjoyed her career in the legal field. She loved taking care of her family and friends, and spending time with them. She especially enjoyed cooking and making her homemade rolls for the ones she loved. She is survived by her husband, Bobby Phifer of Iuka; her grandson, Ben Phifer of Iuka; and a host of family and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents, Benjamin and Lessel Hudson; her son, Benny Phifer; and two infant siblings. Cutshall Funeral Home of Iuka, MS is entrusted with arrangements. Visitation is scheduled for 12 Noon until 1 PM on Saturday, July 28, at Cutshall Funeral Home in Iuka. Funeral services are scheduled for 1 PM on Saturday, July 28, 2018, at Cutshall Funeral Home Chapel in Iuka, officiated by Rev. Robert Armstrong. Interment will follow in Campground Cemetery. Pallbearers include Barney Hudson, Danny Hudson, Todd Berry, Harold Lomenick, Layne Harris, David Whitfield, Andrew Whitfield, and Bill Cox. Honorary bearers will be J.E. Hudson, Wayne Hudson, Dr. Al Flannery, and M.B. Phifer. Memorials may be made to the Campground Cemetery Fund.
