Leon Gray

Leon Gray, 73, of Tishomingo, MS, died on Saturday, June 17, 2023, at his residence. He was a Mason and a member of the Scottish Rite. Leon enjoyed wood working, fishing, and was employed as a pipe fitter for most of his career. On Saturday nights he could be found eating supper at Lil' Smokies and then out at the Fairgrounds listening to music. He could play a dulcimer and the guitar and enjoyed spending time with his family and friends, carrying on spirited conversations. He is survived by his children, Chris Gray (Crystal), Pam Gray, and Kevin Gray; his grandchildren, Alex Gray, Morgan Nichols, Emma Gray, Legion Gray, Journey Gray, Kolter Gray, and Meadow Gray; his great-grandchildren, Ellie Piper Gray and Graylee Ann Nichols; and a host of nieces, nephews, friends, and other family members. He was preceded in death by his parents, Elbert Gray and Rose Curtis; and his siblings, Reba Spain, William Gray, Travis Gray, and Troy Gray. Cutshall Funeral Home of Iuka, MS is entrusted with the arrangements. Visitation is scheduled for Wednesday, June 21, 2023, from 11:00 A.M. until 1:00 P.M., at Cutshall Funeral Home in Iuka. Services are scheduled for Wednesday, June 21, 2023, at 1:00 P.M., officiated by Bro. Steve Hodgin and Bro. Allan Casteel. Burial will follow in Oak Grove Cemetery, with full military honors.
