Laweuna Lambert Medford, 82, of Cherokee, AL passed away on Sunday, March 7, 2021 at Helen Keller Hospital. She enjoyed doing yard work, working in her flower beds, and landscaping. She also enjoyed doing farm work with her husband. Laweuna was a member of Harris Chapel Baptist Church. She is survived by her son, Marty Puckett; her grandson, Scott Puckett (Jessica); her great grandchild, Molly Kate Coleman; her sister in law, Lorenda Lambert; and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband, James Medford; her parents, Elmer and Hazel Whitaker Lambert, and a brother, Larry Don Lambert. Cutshall Funeral Home of Iuka, MS is entrusted with the arrangements. Visitation is scheduled for Wednesday, March 10, from 5pm until 8pm, at Cutshall Funeral Home Chapel in Glen. Services are scheduled for Thursday, March 11, at 1pm, at Cutshall Funeral Home Chapel in Glen, officiated by Bro. Mark Jones. Burial will be in Harris Chapel Cemetery.
