Kirk Milligan

Kirk Milligan, 77, of Iuka, Mississippi, died on Wednesday, September 11, 2024, at his residence. Kirk was one of the kindest and most considerate people you could ever meet. He always thought of others and often put their needs above his own. He was a simple man that loved riding side-by-sides, watching westerns, and playing cards. He also liked collecting guns and any other interesting gadgets he could find. Until he retired, Kirk owned Milligan Ready Mix, Inc., which had been in his family since 1959. He was a longtime member of Patrick Methodist Church in Iuka and enjoyed attending. Kirk is survived by his children, Hollie Milligan and Kelly Milligan (Stacey); his grandchildren, Christopher Milligan, Chloe Puskar (Sam), and Milli Bishop; his great-grandchildren, Ethan Puskar and Bella Puskar; and his sister, Ann Milligan Harwell (Bruce). He was preceded in death by his parents, Evelyn and Kell Milligan; and his brother, Jackie Milligan. Cutshall Funeral Home in Iuka, MS, is entrusted with the arrangements. Visitation is scheduled from 12:00 p.m. until 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, September 14, 2024, at Cutshall Funeral Home in Iuka. Funeral services will follow at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, officiated by Bro. Dwayne Thomas. Pallbearers include Mac Milligan, Bruce Harwell, Chad Harwell, Tim Johnson, Kerry Milligan, and Ricky Timbes. Interment will be in Patrick Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Kirk’s honor to the Patrick Church Cemetery Fund (Checks made to Patrick Church Cemetery Fund and sent to Ann Harwell 353 County Rd 989 Iuka, MS 38852).
