Joyce Ann Pendergrast

Joyce Ann Pendergrast, 71, of Burnsville, MS, died Thursday, June 6, 2019, at her residence. Mrs. Pendergrast was a member of Iuka Baptist Church and a homemaker. She loved cooking and spending time with her family. She also enjoyed flowers. She is survived by her husband, William Pendergrast of Burnsville; two daughters, Kim Pendergrast of Burnsville, and Kristy Barnes (Tim) of Iuka; one sister, Mary Francis Townsend of Germantown, TN; five grandchildren, Ryan Pendergrast, Brittany Barnes, Nathan Barnes, MaKaden Barnes, and Brayden Kayse Barnes; and one great-grandchild, Luna Grace Pendergrast. She was preceded in death by her parents, E. A. and Dessie Mae Jernigan Bell; and a brother, Jimmy Bell. Cutshall Funeral Home of Glen, MS is entrusted with arrangements. Funeral services are scheduled for 2:00 p.m., Sunday, June 9, at Cutshall Funeral Home Chapel in Glen, officiated by Bro. Ronnie Hatfield. Interment will follow in Burnsville Cemetery. Pallbearers include Tim Barnes, Andy Floyd, Nathan Barnes, Ryan Pendergrast, Mason Thomas, and Cade Plunk. Visitation is scheduled for 5:00 until 9:00 p.m., Saturday, June 8, at Cutshall Funeral Home in Glen.
