Jackie Ray Thrasher

Jackie Ray Thrasher, 66, of Belmont, MS passed away on Sunday, February 14, 2021 at his residence. He enjoyed fishing and traveling to the Smokey Mountains. His favorite thing to do was spending time with his family, especially his grandchildren. He is survived by his wife, Jennifer Strawbridge Thrasher; his daughters, Amber Nicole Buckles, Cassie Lynn Jones (Tim), and Kristy Dawn Belue; his grandchildren, Holly, Georgia, Landon, Emma, and Kylee; his brother, Ronnie Thrasher; his sister in law, Robin Coker (Johnny); and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, Grady Leroy and Lottie Imogene Spoon Thrasher; his mother in law, Marilyn Jo Brown; and his sister in law, Anita Karen Grantham. Services will be at 2pm, Sunday, February 28, 2021 at Antioch Free Will Baptist Church, officiated by Bro. Teddy Cornelius.  Visitation will be from 1pm until 2pm on Sunday at Antioch Free Will Baptist Church.  Burial will be in Antioch Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Tim Jones, Harvey Pendergrast, Johnny Coker, Daniel Coker, Joshua Coker, Benjamin Coker, and Harold Leathers.
