Harace M. Brown, 71, of Iuka, MS passed away on Tuesday, March 30, 2021 at North Mississippi Medical Center in Tupelo. He enjoyed fishing and civil war relic hunting. He attended New Salem Baptist Church and enjoyed spending every available moment with his family. He is survived by his wife, Rita Woodruff Brown; his sons, Scottie (Beth) and Steven (Emily); his brother, L.C. Brown; his grandchildren, Katie (Matt) Whirley, Kensly (John Mark) Odom, Matthew (Haley) Brown, Ethan Brown, Teegan Brown, and Tyson Brown; his great grandchildren, Rosaleigh Whirley and Mitchell Ray Odom; and a host of nieces, nephews, friends, and other family members. He was preceded in death by his parents, Charlie and Myrtle Cummings Brown; three brothers; and two sisters. Cutshall Funeral Home of Iuka, MS is entrusted with the arrangements. Visitation is scheduled for Thursday, April 1, 2021 from 1pm until 3pm, at Cutshall Funeral Home in Iuka. Services are scheduled for 3pm, Thursday, April 1, 2021 at Cutshall Funeral Home Chapel, officiated by Bro. Ron Norvell. Pallbearers will be Matthew Brown, Ethan Brown, Matt Whirley, John Mark Odom , Tyson Brown, and Brandon Brown. Donations may be made in Harace's honor to St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital.
