Frankie Elizabeth Allen

April 22, 1951 — May 28, 2024

The Angel of Death entered the Magnolia Regional Health Center in Corinth, Mississippi, on Tuesday, May 28, 2024. God called and Frankie Elizabeth Allen answered and departed from this walk of life to life's eternity.

She was also preceded in death by her husband Charles Allen; son, Wilmer Gene Fant; two sisters, Lucinda Martin and Arther Mae Crider; two brothers, Willie James Carter Sr. and Billy King Carter; and two nieces, Patricia Martin and Vanessa Carter.

Frankie leaves to cherish her fond memories two children, Charles Nathan Allen and Anna Louise Allen; eight grandchildren, Jaylei J. Allen, Jayden N. Allen, Miyah E. Allen, Charles I. Johnson, Quinton J. Johnson, Jeremiah R. Johnson, Alex Holt, and Jacoby Sullivan; a great grandchild, Ellidy Sullivan; one loving sister, Lillian Brock; one special brother(cousin), Harry Frank Bonds; one sister-in-law, Mollie Ann Alexander (Vester Alexander); one special niece, Stefany Finley; four nieces; six nephews; four special children, Johnathan, Jada, Austin and Cedric Luster; seven special grandchildren; a special cousin, Theresa Moore; and a host of great-nieces and nephews, cousins, family and friends

Frankie was a lifelong member of St. Peter's Missionary Baptist Church in Tishomingo. She was a humble, loving, caring, fun person with a huge heart of gold. She never met a stranger, and every child she met was a child of her own. Frankie was the family chef, and she showed her love by cooking. Her home was always filled with children and food. You did not have to be family to Frankie. Friends and neighbors were always welcome to go in on the action too. Frankie would always be firm, but nice and humble. She never approached anyone with a mean spirit. Not only was Frankie a cook, but she was also a hero for saving an individual. She was a master cook in the kitchen and believed in overcooking everything so there would be enough for everyone. Frankie will be forever remembered for her beautiful soul of caring, loving, and her soul food cooking.

Her wings were ready, but we were not.
