Dorothy Sue Weaver Mosiej

Dorothy Sue Weaver Mosiej, 79, of Bartlett, TN, passed away Wednesday, March 18, 2020. She worked as an accounting clerk at the IRS in Memphis, TN for 23 years until her retirement. Dorothy Sue enjoyed dancing, singing, and cheering for the Memphis Tigers. She was also known for entertaining children by dressing up as Poppy the clown and Mrs. Claus. Dorothy Sue was preceded in death by her husband of 42 years, Milton (Buddy) Weaver; her parents, Jack and Bernice Abshure; and her brothers, Billy Jack Abshure and Carroll Ray Abshure. She is survived by her son, Jeff Weaver (Jan) of Olive Branch, MS, her grandson, Preston Weaver of Richmond, VA and current husband, Thomas M. Mosiej of Bartlett, TN. Cutshall Funeral Home in Iuka, MS is entrusted with the arrangements. Visitation is scheduled for Sunday, March 22, 2020 from 12pm until 2pm, at Cutshall Funeral Home in Iuka.
