David Lee Johnson, Sr.

David Lee Johnson, Sr., 66, of Iuka, MS, died Friday, October 5, 2018, at the Tishomingo Manor Nursing Home in Iuka. He was a member of Fifth Street Baptist Church, and served six years in the Mississippi Army National Guard. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, and attending NASCAR and boat races. He is survived by his parents, Martin “Billy” and Winfred Johnson of Iuka; two daughters, Amanda Johnson Houston (Brock) and Ashley Johnson, both of Iuka; two sons, David Lee Johnson, Jr. and Doug Crane, both of Iuka; his sister, Teresa Hardy of Iuka; two grandchildren, D.J Johnson and Effie-Claire Grisham; and his nephew, Jamie Hardy of Iuka. Cutshall Funeral Home of Iuka, MS is entrusted with arrangements. Funeral services are scheduled for 1 PM on Tuesday, October 9, 2018, at Cutshall Funeral Home Chapel in Iuka, officiated by Dr. Tony Curtis. Pallbearers will be Vincent Speece, Danny Hamm, Jimmy Hughes, David Cooper, Perry Williams, and Jamie Hardy. Interment will follow in Oak Grove Cemetery.
