Daris Lee Crum

Daris Lee Crum, 70, of Burnsville, Mississippi, died Wednesday, November 24, 2021, at her residence. Mrs. Crum was a U. S. Army veteran who served as a nurse during the Vietnam War. She was also formerly employed at World Color in Corinth and was a homemaker. She enjoyed doing her hair and makeup and watching TV, as well as spending time with family and friends. She is survived by two brothers, Dan Mauldin and Austin Mauldin, Jr.; three grandchildren, Austin Crum (Anna), Ashley Crum, and Christina Crum; and numerous great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her son, Jason Crum; her grandson, Hunter Crum; and a sister, Linda Childers. Cutshall Funeral Home of Iuka, MS is entrusted with arrangements. Funeral services are scheduled for 2:00 p.m., Sunday, November 28, at Cutshall Funeral Home Chapel in Glen, officiated by Bro. Jimmy Rich. Interment will follow in Brigman Hill Cemetery. Pallbearers include Austin Crum, Rickey Hudson, John Latch, Joe Quintero, Gary Smith, and Staphen Childers. Memorials may be made to Brigman Hill Cemetery Fund.
