Daniel M. Linton

Daniel M. Linton, Sr., 75, of Iuka, MS, died Friday, July 20, 2018, at Tishomingo Community Living Center. Mr. Linton loved playing guitar and making music. He also enjoyed fishing. He is survived by two sons, Daniel Marcus Linton, Jr. of Memphis, TN, and Adam Harris (Ashlee) of Burnsville; two daughters, Glenda Duranceau of Tishomingo, and Lisa Flanders of Munford, TN; a sister, Coco Linton Woodruff of Florence, AL; five grandchildren, Morgan Benefield, Samantha Carithurs, Aislyn Harris, Aria Harris, and Ashton Harris; and four great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his wife, Mary Ann Fowler Linton; his parents, Mark and Gladys Pannell Linton; and a twin brother, David Linton. Cutshall Funeral Home of Iuka, MS is entrusted with arrangements. Funeral services are scheduled for 3:00 p.m., Saturday, July 21, at Cutshall Funeral Home Chapel in Iuka, officiated by Bro. Joe Woodruff and Bro. Roger Wood. Interment will follow in Lindsey Cemetery. Pallbearers include Jason Carithurs, David Benefield, Brian Woodruff, Scott Woodruff, David Yarbrough, and Troy Duranceau.
