Carolyn Mae Daniel

Carolyn Mae Daniel, 69, of Iuka, MS, died Wednesday, April 22, 2020, at the Tishomingo Community Living Center in Iuka. Carolyn was born on November 14, 1950, to Brad and Lela Mae Black Daniel. She enjoyed spending time with her family and friends. She loved to cross-stitch, cook, and read. She was a member of Colonial Hills Church in Southaven, MS. Carolyn was known for her quick wit and loving heart. She was loved by all who knew her. She is survived by one brother, Jimmy Rex Daniel; four sisters, Gloria Credille (Billy), Lila Dill, Tilly Edmondson, and Joan Turner (Harold Wayne); seven nieces, Donna Credille Trammel, Pat Dill Love, Rebecca Dill Baker, Lisa Edmondson Gist, Debbie Edmondson Coln, Brandy Turner Waddle, and Teresa Daniel Hignite; four nephews, John Daniel, Jimmy Daniel, Jr., Randy Turner, and Brian Turner; and many beloved great and great-great-nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents; two brothers-in-law, Donald Edmondson and Nathan Dill; and one sister-in-law, Patricia Ann Daniel. Cutshall Funeral Home of Iuka, MS is entrusted with arrangements. Due to current COVID-19 restrictions, a private graveside service will be held on Friday, April 24. Chris Baker and Larry Love will officiate. Interment will follow in Oak Grove Cemetery. Pallbearers include John Daniel, Chris Baker, Larry Love, Corey Gist, Donnie Coln, and Brad Coln.
