Brenda Gayle Dawson

Brenda Gayle Dawson, 67, of Corinth, MS, died on Friday, July 26, 2024, at Jackson Madison County General Hospital. She was a member of the church of Christ and attended Northside church of Christ in Corinth. She enjoyed studying her bible, attending church functions, and being able to give a ride to anyone who needed it to attended church. Gayle was a people person, and loved to be able to cook a meal for her friends and family. She would never let you leave hungry. She also enjoyed reading and doing cross-stitch. Her greatest enjoyment from life came from her children, grandchildren, and her dogs, Bailey and Duke. She is survived by her husband, Mitch Dawson; her daughters, Pam Sparks (Jamie) and Monica Bronson; her step-son, Duck Dawson (Anna); her step-daughter, Nena Isbell (Jon); her grandchildren, Ethan Sparks (Kelly), Reed Bronson, and Alivia Sparks; her step-grandchildren, Austin Isbell, Allen Isbell (Jade), Alisa Mullins, Rooster Dawson, Lizzy Dawson, Landon Windham, Lydia Windham, and Lynleigh Windham; her great-grandchildren, Jon Dawson Isbell and Colter Bone; her sibling, Jackie King (Wanda); and her nieces, Kellie Hood (Jed) and Kaela King. She was preceded in death by her parents, Travis King and Mildred Hollander; and her grandparents, Garvin Lambert and Bernice Lambert. Cutshall Funeral Home of Glen, MS is entrusted with the arrangements. Visitation is scheduled for Sunday, July 28, 2024, from 5:00 P.M. until 8:00 P.M., at Cutshall Funeral Home in Glen. Services are scheduled for Monday, July 29, 2024, at 11:00 A.M., at Cutshall Funeral Home Chapel in Glen, officated by Bro. Lennis Nowell. Burial will follow in Fairview Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Reed Bronson, Ethan Sparks, Jamie Sparks, Jackie King, Duck Dawson, and Allen Isbell. Honorary pallbearers will be Rooster Dawson, Austin Isbell, and Jed Hood.
