Bobby D. Phifer, 72, of Iuka, MS, died Friday, August 3, 2018, at Tishomingo Manor Nursing Home in Iuka. He loved visiting with people and carrying on conversations with them. He also enjoyed spending time with his family. He is survived by his grandson, Ben Phifer of Iuka; and a host of family and friends. He was preceded in death by his wife, Lyndia Phifer; his parents, L.D. and Clara Lucille Moss Phifer; his son, Benny Phifer; and his father and mother in law, Dow and Lessel Hudson. Cutshall Funeral Home of Iuka, MS is entrusted with arrangements. Visitation is scheduled for 2 PM until 3 PM on Saturday, August 4, at Cutshall Funeral Home in Iuka. Funeral services are scheduled for 3 PM on Saturday, August 4, 2018, at Cutshall Funeral Home Chapel in Iuka, officiated by Rev. Mark Nail and Bro. Garry Kennedy. Interment will follow in Campground Cemetery. Pallbearers include David Whitfield, Andrew Whitfield, Nick Tapp, Willie Whitaker, Luke Patterson, Mikie Thacker, Glenn Tapp, and Bryan Wilbanks.
