Martin Marion "Billy" Johnson, 92, of Iuka, MS passed away on Saturday, April 25, 2020 at his residence. Billy enjoyed being outdoors hunting, fishing, and trapping. He was also a jack of all trades and could build anything you asked him to build. He was a member of Fifth Street Baptist Church. Billy is survived by his wife of 71 years, Winfred Warhurst Johnson; his daughter, Teresa Hardy; his sister, Louise Bonds; his grandchildren, David Johnson, Jr., Amanda Houston (Brock), Jamie Hardy, Ashley Johnson, and Doug Crane; his great grandchildren, David "DJ" Johnson, III and Effie-Claire Grisham; and several nieces, nephews, and special friends. He was preceded in death by his parents, William Erskin and Hattie Mae Martin Johnson; his sons, Billy Wayne Johnson and David Lee Johnson; and his siblings, Webb Johnson and his wife Jewel, Marie Horn and her husband Alton, and Corine Richardson and her husband Shelby. Cutshall Funeral Home of Iuka, MS is entrusted with the arrangements. A private family graveside service will be held on Monday, April 27, 2020 at Oak Grove Cemetery, officiated by Bro. Tony Curtis. Burial will be in Oak Grove Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Jimmy Hughes, Vincent Speece, David Cooper, Richie Rast, Shelby Richardson, and Brock Houston. Memorials may be made in Billy's honor to the Iuka Public Library, Fifth Street Baptist Church, or to Le Bonheur Children's Hospital.
