Annette Weaver

March 22, 1957 — July 30, 2023

Annette Weaver, 66, of Iuka, Mississippi, died on Sunday, July 30, 2023, in her home. Annette was a member of Unity Baptist Church for several years and loved attending when she was able. For most of her life, Annette was a caregiver, either as a nurse’s aide or a home health aide. She loved flowers and anything to do with them, whether it was planting them, picking them, or arranging them. She loved them so much that she opened her own flower shop called Flowers by Annette. When she wasn’t working or gardening, you could find her shopping. Yard sales were her favorite, and she loved being able to find interesting items and being able to mingle while doing it. Annette is survived by her son, Abe Weaver; her granddaughter, Eden Akers; her siblings, Danny Patterson (Linda), Rebecca Glidewell (Boo), Brenda Patterson, and Billy Patterson; her special aunt, Linda Ard; and a host of other friends and family members. She was preceded in death by her son, Jarvis Andy Weaver; and her parents, Yvonne Jannette and A.E. Woodley Patterson. Cutshall Funeral Home in Iuka, MS, is entrusted with the arrangements. Visitation is scheduled from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. on Tuesday, August 1, 2023, at Cutshall Funeral Home in Iuka. Funeral services will be held at 3:00 p.m. on Wednesday, August 2, 2023, at Cutshall Funeral Home in Iuka, officiated by Bro. Dwayne Ard. Honorary pallbearers include Danny Lambert. Interment will follow in Burnsville Cemetery. An online guestbook may be accessed at www.cutshallfuneralhome.com.
