Amos Odell Rutledge, 67, of Burnsville, MS, passed away on Saturday, June 8, 2019, at Magnolia Regional Health Center in Corinth. Amos was born on September 21, 1951 in Quitman, MS to Odell and Minnie Rutledge. He was a long-haul trucker for most of his life. He enjoyed wood working and tinkering. He was best known for his humor and witty personality. Funeral services are scheduled for 1:00 p.m., Tuesday, June 11, 2019, at Cutshall Funeral Home Chapel in Iuka. Interment will follow in Oak Grove Cemetery. Visitation is scheduled for 12:00 until 1:00 p.m., Tuesday, June 11, 2019, at Cutshall Funeral Home in Iuka. Cutshall Funeral Home of Iuka, MS is entrusted with arrangements. He is survived by his wife, Norma Jean Rutledge of Iuka; his daughter, Lori Davis (Chris) of Iuka; his sons, Timmy Rutledge (Rita) of Iuka, Tommy Rutledge (Amy) of Clarksville, TN, and Greg Rutledge of Iuka; his grandchildren, Micayla Rutledge, Braxton Davis, McKinley Davis, Hanna Rutledge, Brynlee Rutledge, and Addlee Rutledge; his brother, Billy Rutledge (Minnie) of Iuka; his sisters, Pat Laird of Burnsville and Diane Oliver (Darrel) of Lewisville, TX; and several nieces and nephews.
