Pamela Smith, 76, of Lawrenceburg, Tennessee, formerly of Burnsville, MS, died on Sunday, November 17, 2024, at her residence. Pamela was of the Church of Christ faith and enjoyed attending services when she could. She worked for many years in the Tishomingo County Tax Assessor’s office before moving to the Tax Assessor’s office in Rutherford County, TN, from which she retired. While being a clerk was her main career, she was also a seamstress and excelled at it. In her free time, she enjoyed doing crossword puzzles and watching Westerns. She also loved dogs and the home shopping network. Pamela is survived by her grandchildren, Preston Lindsey (Joy), Krysten Kerr (Logan), and Zachary Lindsey (Jade); her great-grandchildren, Emmalynn, Greyson, Mia, Brinleigh, Briar, Ava, Catalina, Keaton, Nevaeh, Oakie, and Brylee; and her brother, Tommy Hall. She was preceded in death by her husband, Charles Alton Smith; her sons, Haven Hall Smith and Hayden Blake Smith; and her parents, Edna Quay and Elwood Gale Hall. Cutshall Funeral Home in Iuka, MS, is entrusted with the arrangements. A graveside service is scheduled for 2:00 p.m. Tuesday, November 19, 2024, at Little Flock Cemetery, officiated by Bro.
