Wayne A. Bolton, 75, of Iuka, MS, died Friday, March 24, 2017, at North Delta Hospice in Southaven, MS. He was a member of New Prospect Baptist Church, and was retired from the 3rd District of Tishomingo County where he worked as a road grader for Danny Ryan for many years. He enjoyed gardening and farming, watching old westerns, and playing Rook. He loved his grandchildren and family, and was a big John Deere fan. Funeral services are scheduled for 2 PM on Monday, March 27, 2017, at New Prospect Baptist Church, officiated by Rev. Benjamin Gray and Rev. J.B. Burns. The body will lie in state at the church for one hour prior to service time. Interment will follow in New Prospect Cemetery.Pallbearers are David Whitfield, Daniel Turner, Kris Riddle, Danny Davis, Michael Don Busby, Jon Bolton, John Tillmon, and Robert Thomas. Honorary bearers are Dr. Al Flannery, Nathan Davis, Patrick Nowlin, Benjamin Nowlin, Adam Berryman, and Phillip Berryman. Visitation is scheduled for 5 until 8 PM on Sunday, March 26 at Cutshall Funeral Home in Iuka. Cutshall Funeral Home of Iuka, MS is entrusted with arrangements. He is survived by his daughters, Mitzi Bolton of Tupelo and Leigh Anne Thomas (Robert) of Iuka; one son, Gary Bolton (Beth) of Iuka; three brothers, R.C. Bolton (Ouida) of Iuka, Kelly Bolton (Linda) of Columbia, TN, and Don Bolton (Penny) of Murfreesboro, TN; one sister, Ruth Earnhart of Columbia, TN; three grandchildren, Lindsey Bolton, Jon Bolton, and Ashley Miller; and six great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his wife, Mamie Bolton; his parents, Clovis and Ruby Bolton; and his brother in law, Jim Earnhart.
