Ruth Daugherty, 89, of Iuka, MS, died Sunday, November 6, 2016, at Southern Magnolia Estates. Mrs. Daugherty was of the Methodist faith, and was a member of Iuka United Methodist Church. She was a homemaker, and enjoyed working in her garden, sewing, crocheting, baking, and cooking. Visitation is scheduled from 10 am until 11:30 am, Tuesday, November 8, 2016, at Iuka United Methodist Church. Funeral services are scheduled for 12 Noon, Tuesday, November 8, 2016, at Oak Grove Cemetery in Iuka, officiated by Rev. Kerry Powell. Interment will be in Oak Grove Cemetery. Cutshall Funeral Home of Iuka, MS is entrusted with arrangements. She is survived by her daughter, Kathy Gurley (Bill), her grandchildren, Michele Cost (Pete), Jason Gurley (Samantha), Jeff Williams, Kim Parsons, Kristi Jones, and Kaye Didcoct; and 11 great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, Ephrem and Elizabeth Hearn; her first husband, Turner Williams; second husband, Charles A.
