Vida Ree Miller, 83, of Milan, Tennessee, died Tuesday, April 12, 2016, at her residence. She was a homemaker and beautician. She enjoyed sewing and gardening. Visitation is scheduled for 5 until 9 PM on Friday, April 15 at Cutshall Funeral Home in Glen. Funeral services are scheduled for 1 PM on Saturday, April 16, 2016, at Rowland Mills Baptist Church. The body will lie in state for one hour prior to service time. It will be officiated by Bro. Randy Beals. Interment will follow in Rowland Mills Cemetery. Pallbearers include Medwyn LaVerne, Jason Howell, Nolan Bradford, Jim Vandiver, Larry Carroll, Bobby Cotham, and Clay Cotham. Cutshall Funeral Home of Glen, MS is entrusted with arrangements. She is survived by 1 daughter – Jackie Bradford Fisher (Walter) of Milan, TN; 1 brother – Ralph Vandiver; 1 sister – Ruby Edna Yoes; 2 grandchildren – Caryn Bradford Walters and Monica; 4 great grandchildren; and several nieces, nephews, and cousins. She was preceded in death by her husband, Alvie Miller; her parents, John Samuel and Lou Tishie Vandiver; two brothers, Hugh Douglas and Herbert Hoover Vandiver; and one sister, Barbara Ann Davenport.
