Kathryn Frederick

Kathryn Frederick, 66, of Iuka, MS, died Wednesday, February 24, 2016, at the North Mississippi Medical Center in Tupelo. Mrs. Frederick was a member of New Prospect Baptist Church. She retired from the North Mississippi Medical Center in Iuka after working for 41 years in Medical Records. She enjoyed fishing, and especially loved spending time with her grandchildren. Visitation is scheduled for 5:00 until 8:00 p.m., Friday, February 26, at Cutshall Funeral Home in Iuka. Funeral services are scheduled for 2:00 p.m., Saturday, February 27, at New Prospect Baptist Church, officiated by Dr. Eddie Hamilton and Bro. Stanley Magill. Interment will follow in New Prospect Cemetery. Pallbearers include Melvin Pounders, Jimmy Trussell, Greg Bishop, Danny Barnes, Terry Hester, and Harry Bowman. Cutshall Funeral Home of Iuka, MS is entrusted with arrangements. She is survived by her husband, Tommy W. Frederick of Iuka; one son, Jeffery Frederick (Amy) of Tupelo; one daughter, Lisa Buck (Matt) of Signal Mountain, TN; one brother, Dr. Eddie Hamilton (Dorothy Sue) of Madison, MS; one sister, Betty Carol Sellers (Michael) of Carthage, MS; and four grandchildren, Dylan Matthew Buck and Logan Frederick Buck, both of Signal Mountain, TN, and Lauren Caroline Frederick and Mason Thomas Frederick, both of Tupelo. She was preceded in death by her parents, W. L. and Imogene Greene Hamilton. Memorials may be made to the New Prospect Cemetery Fund.
