Bobby G. Johnson, 79, of Iuka, Mississippi, died Wednesday, October 28, 2015, at the North Mississippi Medical Center in Iuka. He was born and raised in Iuka, and graduated from Iuka High School. He married Pauline Worsham on December 15, 1956. He retired from Reynolds Metal after 31 years of service. He was a member of Snowdown United Methodist Church, where he served as chairman of the finance committee, and was sextant of the cemetery for over 30 years. He enjoyed gardening, and was an avid sports fan of Ole Miss Football, and Atlanta Braves Baseball. He enjoyed traveling and spending time with his family and friends. Visitation is scheduled for 9 AM until 11 AM on Saturday, October 31 at Cutshall Funeral Home in Iuka. Funeral services are scheduled for 11 AM on Saturday, October 31, 2015, at Cutshall Funeral Home Chapel in Iuka, officiated by Rev. Aubrey Boren and Rev. Ben Luttrell. Interment will follow in Snowdown Cemetery. Pallbearers include Mike Worsham, Barry Tanner, Dusty Puckett, Mike Hellums, Dax Glover, Jerry Comer, Brandon Graves, and Bruce Graves. Honorary bearers will be the members of the Snowdown United Methodist Church Sunday School Class. Cutshall Funeral Home of Iuka, MS is entrusted with arrangements. He is survived by his wife of 59 years Pauline Worsham Johnson of Iuka; 1 daughter – Teresa Puckett (Keith) of Iuka; 1 sister – Katherine Snowden of Millbrook, AL; 2 grandchildren – Dusty Puckett and Ashton Glover (Dax); and 1 great grandchild, Bo Taylor Glover. He was preceded in death by his parents, Ellis and Myrtie Rast Johnson; and his brother James L. Johnson. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Snowdown Cemetery Fund at 26 Snowdown Road, Iuka, MS 38852.
