Melvin Ashley Bringle, 84, of Tishomingo, MS, died Thursday, July 9, 2015, at the North Mississippi Medical Center in Iuka. Mr. Bringle was retired from Mueller Brass in Fulton. He enjoyed staying home and enjoying his retirement. Funeral services are scheduled for 1:00 p.m., Sunday, July 12, at Cutshall Funeral Home Chapel in Iuka, officiated by Dr. Tony Curtis. Interment will follow in Mt. Evergreen Cemetery. Pallbearers include Gene Webb, Larry Webb, Billy Webb, Ricky Bringle, Bryan Ray, and Logan Sheffield. Visitation is scheduled for 10:00 a.m. until service time at the funeral home on Sunday. Cutshall Funeral Home of Iuka, MS is entrusted with arrangements. He is survived by one son, Larry Bringle of Hendersonville, TN; two grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; five step children, Mable Webb of Iuka, Diane McGee of Pickwick Dam, TN, Doris Ratliff (Danny) of Pikeville, KY, Donald Ray (Wilma) of Denver, NC, and Ronald Ray (Rose) of Golden, MS; ten step grandchildren; twenty-four step great-grandchildren; and two step great-great-grandchildren; four brothers, Hermon Bringle (Joyce) of Knox, IN, Harold Bringle (Tasha) of Robertsdale, AL, Danny Bringle (Vi) of Jacksonville, FL, and J. D. Bringle (Nibia) of Mocow, TN; and two sisters, Agnes Chandler and Liz Chandler, both of Moscow, TN. He was preceded in death by his wife, Ailene Bringle; his parents, Robert and Cordelia Stallings Bringle; three brothers, Larry Thomas Bringle, Douglas Ray Bringle, and Willie Sanford Bringle; two brothers-in-law, John Chandler and Malcolm Chandler; two step sons-in-law, Norman Webb and Hoyt Lee McGee; and a step grandson, David Lee McGee. Memorials may be made to the Mt. Evergreen Cemetery Fund.
