Kathryn Seago, 93, of Iuka, Mississippi, died Wednesday, June 10, 2015, at Magnolia Regional Health Center in Corinth. She was a member of Oldham Baptist Church. She loved music and singing, even playing the cello herself at a younger age. She enjoyed needlepoint, crossword puzzles, and playing BINGO at the nursing home. Visitation is scheduled for 6 until 9 PM on Friday, June 12 at Cutshall Funeral Home in Iuka. Funeral services are scheduled for 3 PM on Saturday, June 13, 2015, at Cutshall Funeral Home Chapel in Iuka, officiated by Bro. John Bray and Bro. Briggs King. Interment will follow in Cypress Grove Cemetery. Pallbearers include Joey Beck, Matthew Beck, Joe Parker, Jason Moore, Benny Marlar, Steve Askew, and Cyrus Cornelius. Cutshall Funeral Home of Iuka, MS is entrusted with arrangements. She is survived by 1 daughter – Debra Seago of Iuka; 1 son – Larry Seago (Tracy) of Tishomingo; 1 sister – Margaret Bean (Rex) of Grand Rapids, Mil; and 2 special daughters – Daris Barnes and Cheryl Marlar. She was preceded in death by her parents, Ernest and Gwendolen Hartman; her half-sister, Gladys Schultz; her step sister, Dagne Register; and her adopted brother, Bruce Anderson.
