Dickie Robinson, 78, of Iuka, Mississippi, died Friday, October 10, 2014, at North Mississippi Medical Center in Iuka. He was retired from Reynolds Aluminum after many years of service. He was a 32nd Degree Mason, and was a member of the Iuka Lodge #94 F&AM. He enjoyed fishing, hunting, and playing golf. Visitation is scheduled for 12:30 until 1 PM on Sunday, October 12 at Cutshall Funeral Home in Iuka. Funeral services are scheduled for 1 PM on Sunday, October 12, 2014, at Cutshall Funeral Home Chapel in Iuka, officiated by Rev. Kerry Powell. Interment will follow in Oak Grove Cemetery. Pallbearers include Larry Cutshall, Jack Whitfield, Johnny Rhodes, Mike McCree, Ken Cooley, and Wally Williamson, Jr. Honorary bearers will be Dale Tapp, Charlie Cutshall, and Brad Godwin. Cutshall Funeral Home of Iuka, MS is entrusted with arrangements. He is survived by his wife, Cora Robinson of Iuka; 1 son –Don Robinson (Lorissa) of Houston, TX; 1 daughter – Vickie Ligon (Bob) of Houston, TX; 2 brothers – Joe Robinson (Martha) and Charlie Robinson (Betty), both of Iuka; 2 sisters – Nancy Elliott (Donald Wayne) of Sheffield, AL and Monita Hook (Paul) of Savannah, TN; 4 grandchildren – Ashley Snitkoff (Josh), Lindsey Ligon, Dexter Robinson, and Drake Robinson; and 1 great grandchild – Mackenzie Robinson; 1 step daughter – Linda Carlos of Missouri; and 2 step sons – Lloyd and Price Nickols of Missouri He was preceded in death by his first wife, Carolyn Smith Robinson; his parents, Bill and Flodie Robinson; his brother, Billy Robinson; his sister, Polly Lomenick; and his step daughter, Lorraine Harmon. Memorial contributions may be made to the charity of one’s choice.
