Patricia Ann Oliver

Patricia Ann “Pat” Oliver, 67, of Cherokee, AL, died Monday, October 6, 2014, at her residence. Mrs. Oliver was a member of Harris Chapel Baptist Church. She was formerly employed at several factories, including Iuka Shirt Factory and Genesco Shoe Company in Iuka. Pat enjoyed her flowers and gardening, and loved to spend time with her great-grandchildren. Visitation is scheduled for 4:00 until 8:00 p.m., Thursday, October 9, at Cutshall Funeral Home in Iuka. Funeral services are scheduled for 1:00 p.m., Friday, October 10, at Cutshall Funeral Home Chapel in Iuka, officiated by Bro. Chuck Bradford. Interment will follow in Harris Chapel Cemetery. Pallbearers include Danny Borden, Barry Murphy, Patrick Oliver, Carry Wood, Rod Wallace, Keith Smallwood, and Curtis Wallace. Cutshall Funeral Home of Iuka, MS is entrusted with arrangements. Survivors include her mother, Nellie Wood of Tishomingo; a son, Mike Oliver (Jennifer) of Tuscumbia, AL; one brother, Danny Wood (Charlotte) of Iuka; one sister, Brenda Sellers of Iuka; three grandchildren, Patrick Oliver, Katie Oliver, and Julianna Oliver, all of Tuscumbia, AL; and three great-grandchildren, Zoey, P.J., and Kailee Oliver, all of Tuscumbia, AL. She was preceded in death by her father, Clinton C. Wood.
