Dudgar Patrick Cummings, 87, of Burnsville, Mississippi, died Friday, September 12, 2014, at the Tishomingo Community Living Center. She was a member of Mt. Moriah Baptist Church, and attended Antioch Freewill Baptist Church. She enjoyed squirrel hunting, riding in her Amish buggy, and gardening. Visitation is scheduled for 5 until 9 PM on Saturday, September 13 at Cutshall Funeral Home in Glen. Funeral services are scheduled for 2 PM on Sunday, September 14, 2014, at Cutshall Funeral Home Chapel in Glen, officiated by Bro. Jimmy Daniel and Gerald Glidewell. Interment will follow in Hebron Cemetery. Pallbearers include Gerald Glidewell, Joe Glidewell, Johnathan Jones, Brian Bray, Charles Bonds, and James Ray Cummings. Cutshall Funeral Home of Glen, MS is entrusted with arrangements. Survivors include 1 daughter – Elaine Pyle of Burnsville; 1 sister – Doris Bray (Orin Lee) of Iuka; 1 grandchild – Regina Pyle Ahmad (Asif) of Burnsville; and 3 great grandchildren – Logan, Sierra, and Cypress Lambert, all of Burnsville. She was preceded in death by her husband of 70 years, Joyce Cummings; her parents, Henry and Mary Patrick; an infant son; her brother, L.B. Patrick; 2 sisters, Burchia Scruggs Milligan and Delma Bonds; her granddaughter, Angela Pyle Lambert; and her son in law, Jimmy Pyle.
