William Benji Lambert, 49, of Iuka, Mississippi, died Tuesday, July 15, 2014, at the North Mississippi Medical Center in Iuka. Benji enjoyed fishing, hunting, and gardening, but most of all, he enjoyed spending time with his family. Visitation is scheduled for 5:00 until 9:00 p.m., Thursday, July 17, at Cutshall Funeral Home in Iuka. Funeral services are scheduled for 1:00 p.m., Friday, July 18, at Cutshall Funeral Home Chapel in Iuka, officiated by Michael Lambert. Interment will follow in Oak Grove Cemetery. Pallbearers include Steven Cutshall, Randy Dill, Bobby Degraw, Trevor Hawkins, Jerry Trantham, and David Crum. Cutshall Funeral Home of Iuka, MS is entrusted with arrangements. He is survived by his wife, Angie Lambert of Iuka; his parents, William E. and Betty Barrett Lambert of Iuka; one son, William Cole Lambert of Iuka; one brother, Donnie E. Lambert of Iuka; and one sister, Debbie Johnson of Rienzi. He was preceded in death by his mother-in-law, Brenda Rinehart, and his father-in-law, J. D. and Joyce Trantham.
