Mary Jane James, 90, of Iuka, Mississippi, died Saturday, April 19, 2014, at her residence. Mrs. James enjoyed quilting and gardening. Visitation is scheduled for 5:00 until 9:00 p.m., Monday, April 21, at Cutshall Funeral Home in Iuka. Funeral services are scheduled for 1:00 p.m., Tuesday, April 22, at Cutshall Funeral Home Chapel in Iuka, officiated by Bro. R. C. Scott and Bro. John Bray. Interment will follow in Oak Grove Cemetery. Pallbearers include Tommy Rye, Daniel Gattis, Tex Carden, Justin Hardwick, Jordan Hardwick, and T. J. Hallmark. Cutshall Funeral Home of Iuka, MS is entrusted with arrangements. Survivors include one son, Keith James of Iuka; one daughter, Libby Johnson of Iuka; one sister, Eddie Lee Holt of Barton, AL; eleven grandchildren; twenty-two great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren; and a daughter-in-law, Karen James of Iuka. She was preceded in death by her husband, J. C. James; one daughter, Linda O’Connor; and one son, Roger James.
