Floyd H. Brown, 83, (formerly of Iuka, MS; Upland, IN; and Clairmont, FL), died Thursday, March 20, 2014, at his residence. He was retired from General Motors after 28 years of service, and an U.S. Army veteran. He enjoyed fishing, and watching his grandchildren playing ball. Visitation is scheduled for 3 until 5 PM on Saturday, March 22 at Cutshall Funeral Home in Iuka. Funeral services are scheduled for 1 PM on Sunday, March 23, 2014, at Cutshall Funeral Home Chapel in Iuka, officiated by Bro. Heath Lovelace. Interment will follow in Florida National Cemetery in Bushnell, FL. Cutshall Funeral Home of Iuka, MS is entrusted with arrangements. He is survived by his wife, Bernese Brown of Groveland, FL; 1 son – Larry Brown (Debbie) of Glen, MS; 1 daughter – Annette Belcher (Rick) of Mt. Juliet, TN; 1 brother – Glen Brown of Iuka, MS; 1 sister – Frances Lovelace (Buck) of Burnsville, MS; 4 grandchildren – Robert Brown (Page), Eric Brown (Rebecca), Nicholas Jones (Kate), and Nichole Jones; and 3 great grandchildren – Tucker Brown, Cooper Jones, and Madysen Brown. He was preceded in death by his wife of 54 years, Annie Riddle Brown; his parents, Clarence and Beatrice Brown; and two brothers, Clarence Brown, Jr. and Cecil Brown.
