Earline Bonds, 85, of Iuka, Mississippi, died Thursday, January 23, 2014, at her residence. She was a member of Mt. Gilead Baptist Church. She married the love of her life, Travis Bonds, on September 15, 1944. She enjoyed crocheting, reading, and spending time with her family and especially her grandchildren. Visitation is scheduled for 5 until 9 PM on Saturday, January 25 at Cutshall Funeral Home in Iuka. Funeral services are scheduled for 3 PM on Sunday, January 26, 2014, at Cutshall Funeral Home Chapel in Iuka, officiated by Bro. Stanley Magill. Interment will follow in Mt. Gilead Cemetery. Pallbearers include William Whitaker, Charles Bonds, Tommy Bonds, Gary White, Marshall McWright, and Adam Wyers. Cutshall Funeral Home of Iuka, MS is entrusted with arrangements. Survivors include 1 son – Jerry Bonds (Linda) of Iuka; 2 daughters – Annette Hall (Tom) of Murfreesboro, TN and Hilda Gay Gibson (Jim) of Iuka; 3 grandchildren – Gina Underwood (Jeff), Adam Hall (Joy), and Cara Cutshall (Jonathan); 3 step grandchildren – Rob Gibson (Sandy), Jennifer Robertson-Etheridge, and Kelly Hart (Johnny); 8 great grandchildren; and 9 step great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband of 53 years, Travis R. Bonds; and her parents, Vardaman and Carra Pruitt Whitaker. Memorial contributions may be made to the Mt. Gilead Cemetery Fund.
