Reba Joyce Booker, 70, of Iuka, Mississippi, died Saturday, June 8, 2013, at the Magnolia Regional Health Center in Corinth, MS. Mrs. Booker was a member of Eastport Baptist Church. She was formerly a school teacher at Cherokee High School, and was a homemaker. She enjoyed spending time with and taking care of her family. Visitation is scheduled for 5:00 until 9:00 p.m., Monday, June 10, at Cutshall Funeral Home in Iuka. Funeral services are scheduled for 2:00 p.m., Tuesday, June 11, at Eastport Baptist Church, officiated by Joseph Booker. Interment will follow in Eastport Cemetery. Pallbearers include Mark Booker, Brett Carson, Chris Carson, Daniel Walker, Phillip Walker, and Philip Kelly. Bruce Booker will serve as Honorary Pallbearer. Cutshall Funeral Home of Iuka, MS is entrusted with arrangements. Survivors include one daughter, Lisa Joy Latch and husband, Alan, of Corinth, MS; one son, Joseph Lynn Booker and wife, Kim, of Coker, AL; one brother, Tommy Walker and wife, Diane, of San Luis Obispo, CA; three sisters, Lee Whaley and husband, Jerry, of Covington, TN, Vera Carson and husband, Aaron, of Iuka, MS, and Mary Storment of Iuka, MS; and six grandchildren, Alisha Nicole Latch and Brian Douglas Latch, both of Corinth, MS, and Haley Grace Booker, Lauren Faith Booker, Jayden Luke Booker, and Savannah Hope Booker, all of Coker, AL. She was preceded in death by her husband, Jerry Lee Booker; a son, Brian Lee Booker; her parents, Euin and Pauline Gist Walker; and two sisters, Doris Jean Booker and Edna Earl Layton.
