Junior Adkins, 84, of Iuka, Mississippi, died Thursday, February 14, 2013, at Tishomingo Manor Nursing Home in Iuka. He was of the Pentecostal Faith. Visitation is scheduled for 1:30 PM until 2:30 PM on Friday, February 15 at Cutshall Funeral Home in Iuka. Funeral services are scheduled for 3 PM on Friday, February 15, 2013, graveside, officiated by Greg Woodruff. Interment will follow in Mt. Evergreen Cemetery. Cutshall Funeral Home of Iuka, MS is entrusted with arrangements. He is survived by 1 daughter – Becky Parker of Iuka; 1 brother – James Adkins of Iuka; 4 grandchildren – Anita McKinnon, Stacy Parker (Tonya), Jason Parker (Shannon), and Scotty Pruitt; 4 great grandchildren – Britney Carmack (Matt), Sierra Pruitt, Anna Parker, and Lily Parker; and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, Henry and Minnie Adkins; his daughter, Faye Adkins Jones; his grandson, Jimmy Lee Pruitt; 3 brothers, O.C., George, and Elmer Adkins; and his sister, Lucille Taylor.
