George Wendell Yoes, 70, of Burnsville, Mississippi, died Sunday, June 10, 2012, at the Magnolia Regional Health Center. He was a member of Spirit and Truth Christian Fellowship and a U. S. Army veteran. He enjoyed working on computers and giving them to those in need. Visitation is scheduled for 5:00 until 9:00 p.m., Monday, June 11, at Spirit and Truth Christian Fellowship. Funeral services are scheduled for 2:00 p.m., Tuesday, June 12, at Spirit and Truth Christian Fellowship, officiated by Bro. Stanley Holloway and Bro. Tony Blakney. Interment will follow in Spirit and Truth Christian Fellowship Cemetery. Pallbearers include Ryan Blakney, Hunter Lambert, Brad Fugitt, Chris Powers, John Voyles, and Craig Bain. Cutshall Funeral Home of Glen, MS is entrusted with arrangements. He is survived by his wife, Ruby Yoes of Burnsville, MS; one step-son, Bobby Lambert of Burnsville, MS; one daughter, Wendy Perry of Nashville, TN; one sister, Pamela Joy McCullum of Tennessee; three grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild. He was preceded in death by his parents, Edwin and Helen Yoes; and a grandchild, Danny Lambert.
