Virginia Morris, 77, of Iuka, Mississippi, died Thursday, April 12, 2012, at the Tishomingo Community Living Center. She was a lifelong member of Harmony United Methodist Church, and was retired from Genesco Shoe Company. She enjoyed singing and was a devoted mother and grandmother. Visitation is scheduled for 6:00 until 9:00 p.m., Friday, April 13, at Harmony United Methodist Church. Funeral services are scheduled for 11:00 a.m., Saturday, April 14, at Harmony United Methodist Church, officiated by Rev. Ronnie Goodwin and Rev. Jimmy Daniel. Interment will follow in Harmony Cemetery. Pallbearers include David Daniel, Jay Glover, Corey Barnes, Darryl Wallace, Mark Wallace, and T. C. Parnell. Honorary Pallbearers include Tristan Daniel and Sara Beth Daniel. Cutshall Funeral Home of Iuka, MS is entrusted with arrangements. Survivors include her husband, James Morris of Iuka, MS; one son, Jackie Morris of Iuka, MS; two daughters, Jeanette Glover and husband, Bob, and Lora Van Meter, all of Iuka, MS; one brother, Bro. Jimmy Daniel and wife, Cathy, of Iuka, MS; two sisters, Annette Tucker and husband, Ralph, of Iuka, MS, and Linda Wallace and husband, Jerald, of Cherokee, AL; and five grandchildren, Robin Glover, Jay Glover, Sally Glover, and Jill Glover, all of Iuka, MS, and Holly Stanley and husband, John Tyler, of Ft. Stewart, GA. She was preceded in death by her parents, Marshall and Dudgar Daniel; a sister, Joyce Robertson and her husband, Hurchel; and a niece, Myra Robertson Barnes.
