Alpha L. Mosley, 78, of Iuka, Mississippi, died Saturday, April 7, 2012, at her residence. She was a member of Mt. Moriah Baptist Church and a homemaker. Visitation is scheduled for 5:00 until 8:00 p.m., Sunday, April 8, at Cutshall Funeral Home in Iuka. Funeral services are scheduled for 11:00 a.m., Monday, April 9, at Cutshall Funeral Home Chapel in Iuka, officiated by Bro. Doug Christy. Interment will follow in Oak Grove Cemetery. Pallbearers include Sherrell Umfress, Dale Moore, Terry Ray, Robin Ray, Steve Ray, and Jeremy Nichols. Honorary Pallbearers include Ethan Merrill and Jacob Merrill. Cutshall Funeral Home of Iuka, MS is entrusted with arrangements. Survivors include one brother, Edward Ray and wife, Jackie, of Southaven, MS; two sisters, Ollie Lambert of Burnsville, MS, and Aline Moore of Iuka, MS; a special nephew, Charles Maxwell and wife, Shirley, of Iuka, MS; and many other nieces, nephews, and other relatives. She was preceded in death by her husband, Joseph B. Mosley; an infant son, Leroy Mosley; her parents, Harper and Bertie Ray; and four brothers, Ward Allen Ray, John Harper Ray, Leonard Ray, and Troy Ray.
