Wilton “Buddy” Calley, 80, of Florence, AL (formerly of Iuka, MS), died January 20, 2012, at Glenwood Rehab & Convalescent Center in Florence. He was an U.S. Army veteran of the Korean Conflict, and a retired iron worker. He enjoyed gardening and fishing. Visitation is scheduled for 6 until 8 PM on Sunday, January 22 at Cutshall Funeral Home in Iuka. Funeral services are scheduled for 11 AM on Monday, January 23, 2012, at Cutshall Funeral Home Chapel in Iuka, officiated by Bro. Ted Vafeas. Interment will follow in Oak Grove Cemetery. Cutshall Funeral Home of Iuka, MS is entrusted with arrangements. He is survived by 1 son – Gary Calley (Stephanie) of Florence, AL; 2 daughters – Kay Sibley (Randy) of Muscle Shoals, AL and Becky Haley of Savannah, TN; 1 sister – Euple Brumle of Iuka, MS; and 3 grandchildren – Abby Calley, Heather Sibley, and Sterling Haley. He was preceded in death by his wife, Mildred Geneva Calley; his parents, Thomas Jefferson and Margie Calley; and his sister, Willard Evelyn Wilson.
