Lisa Diane Dean, 47, of Iuka, Mississippi, died Friday, January 13, 2012, at the North Mississippi Medical Center in Iuka. She was a member of Fifth Street Baptist Church and a cosmetologist. She enjoyed reading and spending time with her grandchildren. Funeral services are scheduled for 2:00 p.m., Tuesday, January 17, at Fifth Street Baptist Church, officiated by Bro. Tony Curtis and Bro. Robert Armstrong. Interment will be in Oak Grove Cemetery. Visitation is scheduled for 10:00 a.m. until service time at the church on Tuesday. Pallbearers include Dean Harvey, Jerry Dean, Joe Robinson, Joseph Dean, Justin Pickle, Kenny Franks, Steve Smith, and Thomas Bunch. Cutshall Funeral Home of Iuka, MS is entrusted with arrangements. Survivors include her husband of 28 years, Kenneth Dean of Iuka, MS; her father, Tommy Joe Pickle of Selmer, TN; 1 son, Joseph Dean of Iuka, MS; 1 daughter, Kendra Dean of Iuka, MS; 1 brother, Joey Pickle and wife, Delana, of Farmington, MS; and 3 grandchildren, Jada Dean, Aden Dean, and Anniston Tensley, all of Iuka, MS. She was preceded in death by her mother, Ruth Pickle, and her father-in-law, H. W. “Duck” Dean. The family requests that in lieu of flowers, memorials be made to Fifth Street Baptist Church, c/o Bro.
