Farrah Frazier O’Toole, 25, of Iuka, Mississippi, died Thursday, October 13, 2011, at Magnolia Regional Health Center in Corinth. She was a member of Yellow Creek Baptist Church, and was a 2005 graduate of Tishomingo County High School. She enjoyed her job as a cosmetologist, but most of all, loved spending time with her family and children. Visitation is scheduled for 5 until 9 PM on Saturday, October 15 at Cutshall Funeral Home in Iuka. Funeral services are scheduled for 2 PM on Sunday, October 16, 2011 at Yellow Creek Baptist Church. The body will lie in state at the church for one hour prior to service time. The service will be officiated by Bro. Stanley Magill, Bro Jerry Michael, Bro. Jerry Williams, and Bro.Ray Kirk. Interment will follow in Oak Grove Cemetery. Cutshall Funeral Home of Iuka, MS is entrusted with arrangements. Survivors include her husband, Shawn O’Toole of Iuka; her parents - Ed and Amy Jones Moore and Rodney Frazier, all of Iuka; her grandparents - Connie Ray and Elizabeth Jones of Iuka, Karen and Earl Garner of Iuka, and Donald Frazier of TN; and her great grandmother, Dora Morris; her in laws - Penny Cryer (John) of Corinth; Hal and Carloyn Street of Walnut: and Timothy O'Toole of North Carolina; 2 sons – Josh Guinn and Preston O’Toole, both of Iuka; 1 daughter – Katelynn Guinn of Iuka; 2 brothers – Corey Moore of Elkin, NC and Gregory Moore of Iuka; 2 sisters – Cecelia Moore of Elkin, NC and Bailey Frazier of Iuka; and 1 nephew – Ayden Cochran of Elkin, NC. She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Paul and Sally Moore; and her great grandparents, Forrest Morris and Laura and Thomas Jones.
