L.A. “Judge” Brumley, 80, of Iuka, Mississippi, died Monday, September 5, 2011, at his residence. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, gardening, and raising cattle. Visitation is scheduled for 5 until 9 PM on Tuesday, September 6 at Cutshall Funeral Home in Iuka. Funeral services are scheduled for 3 PM on Wednesday, September 7, 2011, at Cutshall Funeral Home Chapel in Iuka, officiated by Bro. Sammy Barnett. Interment will follow in Cypress Grove Cemetery. Cutshall Funeral Home of Iuka, MS is entrusted with arrangements. He is survived by his wife, Euple Brumley of Iuka; 2 sons – Mike and Tommy Brumley, both of Iuka; 1 sister – Wanda Puckett of Iuka; 4 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents, J.M. and Bertha Brumley; 3 brothers – Raymon, Eldon, and Tony Brumley; and 2 sisters – Stella Barrett and Lorene Wingo.
